Then came The Breakdown™. One night, I sobbed so hard I vomited. My ‘genius’ brain couldn’t save me. So I did the one thing I’d avoided for years: I moved. Not metaphorically—physically. I dragged my limp noodle arms to a gym at 5AM (ew) and failed at lifting a 10lb dumbbell. Humiliation? Oh yeah. But that failure lit me up. 🔥

Fast-forward 3 years: I deadlift 2x my bodyweight, host Language & Lattes live workouts (coding sprints between squats, obvi), and my DMs are flooded with women who see themselves in my ‘ugly’ past.
