๐ŸŒฟ Tiffany Victoria Vaughn: A Comedic Journey of Green Living and Traveling ๐ŸŒ

I hear that your soul is like a canvas, and my soul is a chaoticly painted mural of colors from every continent I have ever visited. I am Tiffany but feel free to call me Tiff if you dare. I am a plant-based nutritionist for a "living", an accidental poet, and a vagabond of life because God loves me. This is not a bio. It is a love letter of light to earth, food, and the countless strangers who became my family under foreign skies.

My story began in a kitchen, with the smell of burnt kale and rebellion living within my soul. I was 19, in college for a Nursing degree, until I decided to spend all my savings on a one-way ticket to Bali and woke up learning that you could cook with fire. At a point in that journey, an old woman named Mama Sari taught me that food is not just nourishment. Food is sacred alchemy. She served me jackfruit curry during a monsoon rainstorm, and I cried. That was the moment I realized my life would be a feast of moments and not a life measured by macros.

Since then, I have been kissed by the soil of 42 countries, I have foraged mushrooms with a Siberian shaman, drank ayahuasca in the woods of Peru (don't @ me), and cried with joy over a piece of perfect avocado in Mexico City. My Instagram is a poorly curated visual journal of sunsets that taste like drinking hibiscus tea, and markets where eggplants blush violet. I do not eat; I experience, and that doesn't exclude when I drop my fork because the view is that good.

But I am also that girl that burns quinoa regularly, and I might post it using #PlantBasedFail. People do not follow me to be perfect. They follow the bloody messy chaos of a woman who is half-nomad, half-nutrition-nerd and completely obsessed with the art of nourishment. (Also, I have a mild obsession with heart-shaped beet lattes. ๐Ÿ’˜)

So, my dear, let's eat the world, however that looks for you, if you are ready. Life is too short to eat boring food while also living a boring life. ๐ŸŒฑโœจ
