From Coffee Runners to Mixed Reality Connoisseurs: The Yulia Dmitrieva Story ☕✨

Once upon a time, I was just a girl from a sleepy town, getting coffee for executives in a corporate building 🏙️. The girl next door with huge dreams and no idea how to go after them. Fast forward to today, I create wildly exciting Mixed Reality experiences that people gasp, laugh, and sometimes cry (happy tears, I promise! 😉).

What a journey... buckle up homie! 🎢

At first, I was an intern. Correct. The one who got blamed for the jammed printer. But what I did have was curiosity. While everyone else was scrolling Instagram, I was watching AR/VR tutorial videos. While my co-workers went on lunchbreaks, I was making sketches of immersive worlds on napkins. While everyone else was sleeping at night, I was coding until my laptop started smoking (RIP to macbook #1 💻🔥).

Then there was The Rejection Phase. 47 job applications later and 46 "I'm sorry to inform you.. " emails. Seems like when you get rejected 46 times, you almost forget that rejection is good fuel. I took a space in my tiny apartment and turned it into some sort of Mixed Reality lab (which means I taped sensors onto my walls with duct tape). What I thought were my girl next door qualities, soon became my unique superpower type qualities. Brands started noticing my funny, relatable, demos for proposals for AR/VR experiences, and suddenly I went from Yulia from IT, to Yulia Experience Alchemist.

Today? I mix and blend quirkiness + technology. I create experiences such as "virtual tea parties with AI raccoons" 🦝☕, AR dance offs with the past you. 💃🕺 I even offer MR Therapy for overstressed CEOs (they hug their virtual dogs 🐶).
