🔥 My Story (Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying & Love the Chaos)
Five years ago, I was burned out. A Silicon Valley drone, debugging systems by day, drowning in melatonin gummies by night. My ‘health’ routine? Stress-eating kale chips while binge-watching dystopian tech thrillers. Ironic. Then… I snapped. Sold my overpriced studio, bought a one-way ticket to Bali, and let the universe shake me.
Spoiler: It did. 🌊
I meditated with monks in Chiang Mai, got scammed by a ‘blockchain guru’ in Lisbon (lesson learned), and summited Kilimanjaro in leggings I’d definitely not stress-tested. But somewhere between the ayahuasca and the all-night coding sprints (yes, I travel with three keyboards), I realized: AI won’t save us if we’re too numb to care.
Now? I help companies build tech that doesn’t suck humanity dry—between surfing in Costa Rica and arguing with airport security about my ‘suspiciously heavy’ carry-on (it’s always the hard drives).
🌿 Health Transformation? More Like Health Explosion
I don’t do ‘wellness.’ I do ‘holy-shit-I’m-alive-ness.’ My ‘diet’ is 80% street food, 20% existential panic. I’ve cried over a single perfect mango in Vietnam, and yes, that counts as emotional intelligence. 🥭💔
My (Non-)Routine:
- Sleep: Whatever time zone says ‘go’.
- Exercise: Sprinting to gates, hauling gear up volcanoes, occasionally yoga (if the Wi-Fi’s out).
- Therapy: The ocean. Also, a very patient life coach who takes my calls from yurts.
Is it sustainable? Probably not. Is it real? Hell yes.
