I quit my soul-sucking desk job, dove headfirst into the world of sustainable agriculture, and never looked back.
Fast forward to today: I’m a certified plant whisperer (okay, fine, technologist), turning skyscrapers into farms and teaching people how to grow their own food—and happiness. 🏙️➡️🌿 My secret? Health isn’t just about what you eat; it’s about how you live.
When I’m not geeking out over hydroponics, you’ll find me doing yoga at sunrise (yes, I’m that girl), experimenting with fermented foods (kimchi is life), or cuddling my rescue cat, Miso. 🐱💕
